    130 × 130 × 48 mm saw-cut block. Heat number etched before it leaves stores.

    Toolpaths

    Facing, helical bore and six drilled holes on one 5-axis setup. 11 min 40 s cycle.

    Finished part

    Six critical dimensions held to ±0.005 mm. Bore H7, Ra 0.4 on the sealing face.

    Inspected

    Every critical feature measured on the CMM. The report ships with the parts.

The CMM report ships in the crate.

Three CMMs in a lab held at 20 ±1 °C. Every first article gets a full dimensional report, every batch gets its critical features measured, and Cpk on those features stays at 1.67 or better.

The plant

Two plants on the Avinashi Road corridor.

Plant 1 at SIDCO Kurichi runs 5-axis, turning and the metrology lab. Plant 2 at Arasur, 30 minutes east, runs HMCs, grinding and export packing. Three shifts, six days a week.
